This year College Audition Prep Weekend has something new: included in the registration price for Audition Participant and Observer levels is our Welcome Dinner on Thursday, immediately after conclusion of the day's activities from 5:30-7:00pm. This is a great opportunity for all our participants to get to know each other and share experiences over a meal. The meal is being prepared by the Waxahachie HS Culinary Arts Department, under the supervision of Chef Joel Skipper and will be served in the on campus restaurant, The Reservation, which has been getting rave reviews. Chef Skipper, formerly Chef at The Crescent in Dallas is planning a menu of meat lasagna, veggie lasagna, ensalada & tiramisu for dessert!
